ブータンの少女たちは、己を出しすぎずまた引きすぎず、常に家族や社会のなかに居られるという幸せが、その仕草には感じられた。

The virtue of “being shy.”

Girls in Bhutan were not too assertive, nor too humble; one could feel from the small gestures the happiness of always being able to stay in the family and society.

第十七条　何人も、公務員の不法行為により、損害を受けたときは、法律の定めるところにより、国又は公共団体に、その賠償を求めることができる。
Article 17.　Every person may sue for redress as provided by law from the tate or a public entity, in case he has suffered damage through illegal act of any public official.
